Optical Engineering and Precision Instruments




2023 International Conference on Engineering of Optical System and Precision Instruments ICEOP2023 aims at addressing advances in research on optical engineering and precision instruments  covering topics ranging from enabling technologies to emerging applications and industrial experiences, to encourage researchers and practitioners to exchange and share their experiences. 

Authors are invited to contribute original papers in all aspects of optical engineering. We are thus delighted to invite both our ardent supporters and new colleagues to the ICEOP 2023 which will be held at Academic Exchange Center of Central China Normal University (Guiyuan Hotel), in Wuhan, China, on August 26-28, 2023.



Conference Proceedings

After the double-blind reviewing, accepted and registered full papers can be included and published in CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS (with ISSN, ISBN, Voloum and Doi), and submitted to main digital base (Ei Compendex, Scopus, Inspec.). Please download template here: Word, Latex

Welcome to ICEOP 2023

We welcome your participation and contribution to the 2023 International Conference on Engineering of Optical System and Precision Instruments (ICEOP 2023) to be held from August 26-28, 2023, in Wuhan, China.

ICEOP 2023 is in association with the Hunan Institute of Technology, the Research Center for Stochastic Configuration Machines (SCM), and Technical supports from the China Academy of Aerospace Aerodynamics, the the Saratov State University, the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, the Maritime State University, and the Jinan University, to bring together leading international researchers, engineers, and practitioners interested on any of the optical related technologies. The conference will offer keynotes and invited talks, contributed oral and poster presentations, special sessions, and exhibitions of commercial products. Social and cultural events will also take place to foster networking among the participants in a friendly manner.
ICEOP 2023 is covering a broad range of optical and photonic engineering, and laser technology, and provides an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas and present the latest advancements in these areas. Full paper submissions for publication are warmly welcome. For each accepted paper, at least one of the authors needs to register for the conference and present the paper physically. This is mandatory for including the paper in the proceedings.
I am thus delighted to invite both our ardent supporters and new colleagues to the ICEOP 2023 which will be held in Wuhan in the middle of 2023. This will be a good opportunity for our colleagues from around the world to showcase their research, exchange ideas, explore collaboration, and, more importantly, re-engage old friends and make new ones in a conducive environment.

Editorial Policy

1. Manuscripts in English will be accepted for this session. The method of submission is to send via the online submission system (Please submit your manuscript to iceopconf@163.com first before the Online Submission System).
2. Please be sure to mark "ICEOP2023" in the content subject before sending the email, and attach your contact information, mobile phone number, landline, or email address to the manuscript
3. Please write according to the requirements and format of the conference paper. For the paper template, please download Word.
4. The paper must be an original, first-time published scientific research achievement, and the content should conform to the scope of the call for papers, or belong to the field of electrical engineering and related interdisciplinary subjects.
5. Papers will be reviewed by the conference committee. For manuscripts that have passed the review, the editorial department will notify the authors by email according to the review results.
6. The review results will be sent to the contributing authors by email within 7-14 days after the editorial department receives the submission.
Publication
The accepted and registered papers will be sent to be published in the digital conference proceeding, which will be submitted for indexation in databases.
